Licensed in 2014, I started my insurance journey as an Insurance Sales Associate while a Senior at the University of Toledo. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree at UT, I spent the next two years gaining experience in the industry.

In 2017 at only 24 years old, I decided to take a chance and open my own Allstate Insurance Agency. I successfully operated the Ickes Agency with two locations in Northwood and Toledo, Ohio. We were also blessed for many years of local support, to be in the Top 3% of the country for the company.

As a local Insurance Agency, my experienced team of staff and I offered a wealth of knowledge in not only insurance but financial services, allowing us to serve as a one-stop for our community. We care about what matters most to customers and helping see they have the right amount of coverage to protect them from the unexpected.

In 2025 I decided to take another step further in my Career as an Insurance Agent. Now as the Owner and CEO of ClearPath Insurance Solutions LLC, we are able to offer multiple Insurance Solutions to the Toledo & surrounding areas.
